Missing Notifications Button

  As of today, the Notification button (top right corner, looks like a bell) has disappeared. There’s an empty space where it should be and if I click that space it takes me to a Notifications page: https://wordpress.com/me/notifications The button is missing for me on all WP pages.

  I wish WP would stop tinkering. I noticed that the bell icon changed it’s look recently, for no useful reason.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The bell icon and Notifications panel have returned.
