Missing October views
-
The number of October views are not properly showing in the statistics. Our Global Dashboard is showing 0 views from October 1-October 30th and then all of a sudden 28 views on October 31st. But, I remember seeing views on those days prior to checking it again last Thursday, November 3rd and waited ’til today to see if it might get fixed over the weekend. I need the correct number of views this week to report to management and I would really appreciate any help in fixing this matter as soon as possible.

The correct blog URL for this problem is actually: http://www.integrationpoint.com/globaltradenews

The WordPress.com Stats plugin is no longer under active development.
Please try Jetpack instead: http://jetpack.me/
It adds a few new features and may fix your current problem.

I installed and activated JetPack after you asked if I was using JetPack or WordPress.com Stats, but even JetPack wasn’t able to pull any views from October 1-October 30th. It only changed the number of views on October 31st to 39.
How come the views can’t be pulled for almost that whole month?

The site URL hasn’t been changed for the past 9 months, but I did change the blog permalinks to the Month and Name option on October 10th.
-
That could definitely be the issue. Unfortunately, there’s no way to restore the missing stats, but this should no longer happen under Jetpack.
-
Oh okay, I just find it odd that changing the permalinks only affected the stats of one blog and not the other (http://www.integrationpoint.com/foreigntradezonenews).
Thank you for your help!
