Missing Page Attributes Box

  When I want to create a new page, the Page Attributes box is missing, where it should be under the Publish box. Any ideas why this is happening, and how can I correct it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi George! If you’re not seeing your Page Attributes, please follow these steps and let me know how it works for you:

  1. Click on Pages → Add New.
  2. In the upper, right-hand corner of your browser window, you should see a Screen Options tab. Click that.
  3. In the box that has opened up, click on Attributes, so that it’s visible on your page.
