missing page from website

  On my site golddustliterary.com, blog page disappeared. It no longer existed as one of the pages, which in turn removed my blog posts. I had to recreate the page this morning by adding a new page and then going into settings/reading, and setting the posts to the blog page, The theme designer as well as my host investigated and they don’t know why the page disappeared. Can you tell me?
