There is no history of payment under the account you contacted us from. Do you happen to have another WordPress.com account that you can contact us from?
If so, log into that account and post in this thread. If you do not remember the account that you purchased the premium plan under, you can use the transaction ID from your bank statement and fill out our account recovery form:
