  How do I install the plug in Duplicate Post? I can’t find it in the list.

  External plugins cant be installed in WordPress.com
  We have built in plugins only as stated in the relevant support docs.
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  If you are looking for external plugins you might have to use
  wordpress.org
  To know the difference between wordpress.com and wordpress.org
