Missing Plugin Tab

  Hello,
  I currently have WordPress 2.8, however, my dashboard is missing the plugin tab on the left menu. Therefore, I’m unable to use any cool plugin features. Please help!

  OK-if this is you http://swoontune.com/ then 2 things: Please link your username to your wordpress.com blog so that we can see that your blog is hosted here and using the same software. The instructions on how to link your username to blog are mentioned in the same thread I linked to above.

  Secondly, we cannot use external plugins here on WordPress.COM http://support.wordpress.com/plugins/ Do mention what you are trying to do via plugin, there are some clever users here who have developed work arounds.
