Missing Plugin Tab

  Hello,
  I have book domain (http://webmatriks.com/) on WordPress , however, my dashboard is missing the plugin tab on the left menu. Therefore, I’m unable to use any cool plugin features. Please help!

  1) Don’t post the same question in the multiple threads.
  2) Your blog is hosted on WordPress.com and WordPress.com doesn’t allow plugins. http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/
  Plugins are only allowed on WordPress.org/Self hosted blogs.
