Missing Post

    Hi there. I was writing a blog post today, and for some reason I can’t figure, I hit “save” and the draft it showed me afterward was half missing! I can’t figure out what on earth caused this and I worked really hard on it. Is there any way the post might be able to be restored? Because I know it was saved, I just don’t know how it is I lost it.

    Did you use the New Post button in the Reader to create your post, found here: https://wordpress.com/post/ ? If so, that could be the cause as it is having some problems due to ongoing changes in the software.

    Please use the regular post editor in the dashboard to avoid this from happening again: http://padawanline.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=post

    To try and recover your post, go to Posts ->All Posts and click the Edit link under the post title. Look for the module titled “Revisions”. If your browser automatically saved a version of the post while you were writing it, you should find it there. If you don’t see the module, click on Screen Options at the top and select it. http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-revisions/
