Missing Posts

I did a few posts about baseball players from my town and all that info seems to be gone that I put together. I can see the images in the library but no work of all the text I did or the page.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I understand how sinking that feeling is, but rest assured that WordPress databases are very resilient, and your text is likely just sitting in a “Draft” or “Trash” folder rather than being gone forever. You should immediately navigate to Posts > All Posts (or Pages > All Pages) in your dashboard and look closely at the status links at the very top of the list—specifically the “Drafts” and “Trash” tabs—where unfinished or accidentally deleted content is stored. If you locate the post title but find the content area inside it is empty, do not panic; simply open the editor and look for the “Revisions” panel (often found in the right-hand sidebar under “Post” settings), which acts like a time machine allowing you to scroll back and restore your writing from a previous autosave point before the text went missing.
