Missing posts, links and categories in Dashboard
-
I hope this hasn’t been answered somewhere earlier. I didn’t find anything. Anyway…
Earlier today (June 4) I created a new weblog (glossomania.wordpress.com). I added a couple of link and post categories, three links and one post. Later this evening at home on my own computer I went into the Dashboard to check on things, and those categories, links and the post are not listed, although they show up on the weblog. This happens in Chrome 11.0.696.71, Internet Explorer 9.0.8112.16421 and Safari 5.0.5 (7533.21.1), so I don’t think it’s a browser issue. Both computers run Windows 7 (professional on the first, ultimate on the second). I used Internet Explorer 9 on the first computer (sorry, I don’t have the exact version number).
If anyone has ideas why this might be happening, I’d be glad to know of it. I’ve set up and run WordPress on independent servers, so I’m not exactly new at this, but I have no idea why this is happening.
Thanks.

With dashboard related issues, the first thing to always try is to log out of wordpress, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart the browser and then try again.
