Hi there!
We can only help you with merging your stats and migrating your followers. That last part you can, in fact, do on your own. Have a look:
https://jetpack.com/support/subscription-migration-tool/
To help you with stats, we’ll need to know the URLs of both the old and the new site.

Hi,
It’s the same website domain which I shifted from one hosting to another. That is http://www.skillreporter.com
To avoid downtime of my website, I had first migrated the website to skillreporter.in and then linked it to skillreporter.com. Please help retrieving the stats. -
Hello there,
Thanks for reaching back out!
Ok, so are you looking to migrate stats from skillreporter.in to skillreporter.com?
Many thanks in advance!

Let me explain it this way.
I had my website (skillreporter.com) on a hosting provider which I migrated to another hosting. During this migration process, we were facing some issues hence we decided to migrate the website’s all content to skillreporter.in (in new hosting) and when it was migrated properly, we copied everything to skillreporter.com in the new hosting. We did this to avoid downtime of skillreporter.com and to solve the issues beforehand. The jetpack account I was using for skillreporter.com is same as earlier but still it’s showing me blank for previous years.

Thanks for the additional info!
Jetpack-powered WordPress sites manage followers and stats differently than they are managed here on WordPress.com. We use a native integration and do not require a plugin to maintain a connection to the cloud data. Because of this we’re not well versed in situations like the one you described and sorting it out is a bit above our skill level.
With this in mind please reach out to Jetpack support here. Based on what you’ve shared so far it sounds like those stats/followers would have been retained in the system and after a bit of investigation they will be able to sort you out.

Hope this helps point you in the right direction!

I have already raised my question there but haven’t got any reply yet. Please transfer this query to the concerned person (if there’s any) who could help me in this situation. Here’s the link – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/jetpack-stats-missing-10/

Hey there,
Many thanks for reaching back out.
If you’ve reached out via the Jetpack forum, rest assured you should get a response.
In the meantime, I’d recommend checking that the environment in the new hosting provider is the same as before, specifically if there was an SSL in place, and if the site was publicly visible under that domain
I hope this is good advice.
