Missing Privacy Option

  Hello, I’ve installed the current version of WordPress (2.1.2) on my DreamHost-ed site. According to WordPress.com this version allows one to choose a new, third privacy option (Options>Privacy): “visible only to users I choose” (i.e. private). I don’t have this option appearing. I am logged in as admin.
