Missing Publish Button?

  I’m totally at a loss… this is not my first WordPress blog, so I’m quite familiar with the dashboard layout, but this latest blog hurts my head. My “publish” button is totally missing! I have to wait for a draft to autosave and then do a quick edit to change the status of the post to actually get it to publish. Anyone else having this problem? Any resolutions? I’m contemplating opening a support ticket, but was hoping there might be a quick fix otherwise.

  I was able to view your Publish module, but it was below the visual editor (as you had 1 column selected for the “Screen Options”). I changed your screen options to use 2 columns, and you should now see the “Publish” module in the right column from Posts -> Add New or Posts -> Edit.
