MISSING RECEIPT

    DEAR WORDPRESS, We were recently charged 30$ for an annual design fee. we need a receipt, however when we go into our BILLING HISTORY, there are no receipts found. Can you send it to us? Thank you

    Note: Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products too likes Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to a the registered email address for each username account so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you.

    I do not see the custom design upgrade under the account that you are contacting us from. Is there a different account that you own? Or, do you happen to know the site that the upgrade is associated with?

    Once you log into the account associated with the upgrade, you should be able to go to billing history to view your receipt. For more information on billing history/receipts, please visit our support page:
