Missing receipt

  Hello, my credit card has been wrongly charged some time ago (Receipt ID: 18346032). I have noticed it, inform WordPress and got a refund (in the second week of May 2016). But still I haven’t received a receipt for the second transaction. Every time there is a ‘movement’ of cash (in- or outflow) there has to be a document. Please send me refund receipt.
