Missing refund

I recently canceled my subscription November 20th for the $96 Premium plan, $15 domain. I still have not received my refund. Who can assist me with this?

Hi there, @diamondtaylortj. I see you managed to cancel and issue a full refund. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process them.
