Missing Register Option when creating listing

  Hi, link to theme I’m talking about here:
  https://mylistingtheme.com/add-listing/?listing_type=place&new=1

  In my install, top right, i don’t have the sign in or register options. I just have the sign in options. Also, when I go to add a listing it just offers the sign in option without a register option. I have clicked the anyone can register box. Any ideas on how to resolve this? Thanks.
