missing registered user/customer profiles

  I had a customer email me. They were trying to login to there account but it was not working. I cannot find either their user profile or customer information (woocommerce). I can see their orders but they need their account in order for them to download their ebooks. Orders go back to 2017 and most recent order was November 2021.
