Missing RSS Link widget

  In my widgets section on teh dashboard I am missing the RSS Link widget. i am using version WP3.1.

  How can I add it?

  Hi. If you are using version 3.1, it means you have a self-hosted WordPress.ORG blog and are in the wrong forum. Please ask your question on http://wordpress.org/support
