missing "screen options"

  trying to remove the comments section from my pages, but the “screen options” menu seems to be missing

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello there!

  Your screen options are located at the top, right-hand corner of your Page editor’s window, as seen here:

  

  If you are seeing something different at the top of your screen when you click Pages → All Pages, and open a specific page in your editor, please let me know. You can send me a screenshot so I can view what you’re seeing. You can simply upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and I’ll be able to access it from there. Just let me know when there’s something I should look at.
