Missing shipping address issue

  I usually get emails from customers saying that upon checkout they get an error ”invalid shipping address” in the UK. I just received an email for this address:
  

  Old church Hall, school Croft, Alfreton, Derbyshire DE55 4EA

  Can you please tell me what could be causing this, knowing that other customers in the UK checkout normally

  It sounds like you’re hitting a common snag with UK address validation on this site, especially since ‘Old Church Hall’ is a building name rather than a standard house number. Some automated checkout systems are incredibly picky and might trigger an ‘invalid address’ error if they don’t see a digit in the first address line or if the locality (like Riddings) is missing. You might have better luck entering the address manually with the building name on its own line and ensuring there are no extra spaces after the ‘DE55 4EA’ postcode—sometimes that’s all it takes to satisfy a stubborn validation script!
