Missing Site

  Hi,

  My site is missing in wordpress admin. I purchased a plan and with a external domain. I can’t find that at all and my emails have stopped working etc please help ASAP.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  The site https://primalapparel.com.au has a post published today. Are you referring to another site? What is the address (URL) of the site that is missing? Do you find it missing at My Sites? If so, have you tried tried the Switch Site link at the top of the sidebar menu?

  The WP Admin area of https://primalapparel.com.au, if that is your site, would be found at https://primalapparel.com.au/wp-admin/, or can be accessed by visiting any post or page on the site when you’re logged in and clicking the edit link.

  primalapparel.com.au is the website, I don’t know what post has been posted today though. That is the problem though, when I go to the Switch Site, it is not listed there, on a duplicate of another site I am about to start. I can’t find any of my billing information from when I upgraded from my free plan, I can’t find my domain information either.

  When I go to primalapparel.com.au it tells me I am not the admin for the site, even though I started the site “You are logged in as “username” and do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for “”. ”

  As you can see there is missing information in that error as well. When I am logged in WordPress and go to that site, I get the WordPress tools at the top but when I try go to Dashboard from there I go back to a dashboard that is missing my site, can’t find it.

  Oops. Sorry, the latest post is dated June 4, 2016.

  Thanks for the detailed information. It sounds to me like there might be two separate accounts, both of which were created by you, but necessarily under different usernames. However, it’s probably useless for me to try to sort it out without access to your administrative areas, etc. So let me call for staff attention to the topic. Please wait to staff to respond.

  primalapparel.com.au is mapped to a different WordPress.com account. Each WordPress.com account requires a unique email address.

  I’ve sent an email to the email on the correct account to help you locate the credentials.
