  We have had a site with you for several years. Suddenly our site has disappeared and we are getting a ‘Error establishing a database connection’ message. We would like to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Please reach out to me Tiffany Mocanu or Helen Koen at Heartland Church (redacted)

  Hi samncandy – Thanks for getting us tagged here. Whenever you see sensitive information, like a phone number or email address, be sure to add the correlating tag: remove personal information

  We’re pretty good at catching those bits. But, it’s great to have that tag as a back up in case we miss anything.

  Best practice is to avoid placing any personal details in these forums. They are public. This means that they get indexed quickly by search engines. That makes your information available to a large amount of people very quickly.
