Missing site

My blog page no longer shows up under my paid domain, womensdcproject.net. I paid the yearly fee in September, but the blog will not show up under that domain name. Womensdcproject.net is marked as my primary domain. The message I receive when I try to open womensdcproject.net is: ‘Safari can’t open the page “womensdcproject.net” because Safari can’t find the server “womensdcproject.net”.’
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Although womensdcproject.net has been registered, it is not using WordPress.com nameservers.
We require that your name server configuration include only the following servers or their numeric equivalents:NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COMNote that I tagged this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.

I upgraded my blog a few months ago and now I cannot access my original domain name or my new domain name. Original is stevesblogsalon at wordpress and the one I moved to yesterday is sexandrelationship.net if the first doesn’t work). I know my password.
BTW, when I upgraded I moved the primary domain to be the new one. If that new domain did not work for some reason that may be the problem because now neither of them is available to me.
I cannot access my dashboard or anything else on the site.

Jun 20, 2014, 12:20 PMHi Steve!
You can always get access to your site here:
https://stevesblogsalon.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
You have mapped the Custom Domain sexandrelationship.net. It looks like this domain is owned by someone else:
https://www.namecheap.com/domains/whois/results.aspx?domain=sexandrelationship.net
Do you own this domain? If so you need to login to the domain registrar, – it looks like launchpad.com – and change the nameservers to:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
If you don’t own this domain, I can remove it from your account, and then you can go to Store > My Domains and either Register a New Domain Name, or Map A Domain Name You Already Own.
Please let me know, thanks!
This did not work. I wrote a long reply to Joel but it was rejected because the conversation was closed to further replies.
I need help. I paid $100 to upgrade my account and have not been able to access it ever since, and neither can my followers/readers (there are not many but they are committed).
I wish I had never upgraded. Please get rid of the links to the new domain (sexandrelationship.net) and give me my old blog address back. You can even keep the money. HELP!!!!

Hi womensdcproject,
I see that Paul started to help you with this in your other support thread here:
https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/my-site-is-missing
Your domain mapping upgrade at WordPress.com was renewed, but as Paul mentioned, the registration for the domain has expired:
http://who.is/whois/womensdcproject.net
Please contact the domain’s registrar, ENOM, INC., to regain control of the domain.
Steve (stevesalon),
As Joel mentioned in your private support thread, the domain sexandrelationship.net already exists and was registered with a different domain registrar.
If you purchased that domain elsewhere, you can map the domain to WordPress.com by updating its name servers as Joel mentioned. Otherwise, please let me know and I can remove that mapped domain and reset your domain credit.
