  I have my site with yourselfes which you can see via the web address but when I go to edit it via WordPress there’s no site there and it’s like I’m starting again . Can you help please

  It’s obvious your site is connected to another account of yours. What is the URL of your site?

  Hi there,

  The site at hawkinsmanagement.co.uk is not hosted with us on WordPress.com.

  You built that site using the open source WordPress.org software, and it looks like you’re hosting it with https://www.guru.co.uk/. You won’t see that site in your WordPress.com account, as it has no connection at all to this account.

  To access that site’s dashboard, go to http://www.hawkinsmanagement.co.uk/wp-login.php, and log in using your admin user credentials for that site. Those would have been provided by your hosting provider when you first set up that site, and is not the same as the username and password you use to log into WordPress.com.
