Missing Site

Hi there, I am the user of the @southamptonuniversityjazzorchestra account. We used to have a website under the sujo.susu.org address, but we find that it no longer exists. I have logged into the wordpress account and it says that the site does note exist either. not sure if its been deleted? or if somethings happened? Not sure how to recover missing websites?

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
