Missing site stats

I need a way to track my site stats from the very beginning of its existence. I have used the Jetpack plug-in since September 2016 to see stats on my dashboard but for some reason, my Jetpack plug-in was installed but deactivated from April to July of this year so the stats from those months are missing. If there is any way to track my traffic before installing Jetpack then that would be great too. Shouldn’t I be able to track my stats even without a plug-in?

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Note that Jetpack is a plugin used by WordPress.ORG bloggers to achieve parity with what we already have built in to WordPress.COM blogs. Therefore, you may want to share you solution on the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.ORG.
