hi,
Can you list your missing sites here ?
They could be created with a different account. You may also try to recover them with Account Recovery.
For account recovery, please fill out the account recovery form (https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery) and the staff will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Here is the support page for more information on recovering your account:
Here’s additional information to retrieve the transaction ID if you don’t have the email receipt:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/transaction-id/#if-you-dont-have-access-to-the-receiptNote also @kokkieh’s reply:
If you’re unable to provide any of the other information required by the account recovery form, that unfortunately means we won’t be able to help you regain access to the account. We have very strict processes in place to prevent unauthorised access to WordPress.com sites and accounts, and we do not make any exceptions in this regard.

Hi there,
If you can list the URLs of the sites involved I can help you figure out which accounts own them, but to access those accounts you’ll need to go through our account recovery process if you no longer have the login details.

Hi- I tried the account recovery form but it just brought me back to the form saying that I should use the reset password link. But that didn’t work.
The url I am trying to access is https://msessex.wordpress.com/
The only emails I still have from wordpress about this site contained this content:

Thanks. I am trying to get access to my digital portfolio site:
https://msessex.wordpress.com/I last posted there in June 2017. Now, when I log in to my wordpress account, only two sites are listed as “My sites”. I don’t know if the other sites I have created, including msessex.wordpress.com, are no longer available for me to edit due to some kind of pricing plan change or something but I just really need access to that site.
I would truly appreciate any help you can offer!!! -
I am posting here as well as on the other response your staff offered to my original post.

Okay, to access that site you need to be logged in as the username, msessex.
When I try to reset my password, it still doesn’t give me access to the msessex site.
Please make sure you are logged out of your sylvieessex account first, and clear your browser cookies. Then use the msessex username to request a password reset. If you still have access to the email account you used for that username you should then receive the password reset email.
Failing that, I’ll need you to please submit the account recovery form, providing some verification of ownership. We cannot give you access to the site otherwise.
