Missing sites in my account – Inquiry regarding recovery

  Hello,

  I am looking for assistance in locating two sites that were previously managed under my account. I paused my business operations a while ago and now wish to restart with a new brand, but I can no longer find these sites in my dashboard.

  The sites in question are two domains previously registered/hosted here.

  Could you please help me clarify the following:

  1. Account Association: Are these sites still linked to this account, or were they removed due to a long period of inactivity?
  2. Status: Have the site contents or the domains themselves been deleted?
  3. Recovery: If they have been deleted, is there any possibility of recovering the data or restoring access?

  I can provide the specific URLs and proof of ownership to a staff member privately if required.
