missing stat referrals

    Heya! When logging back in today I suddenly had nearly a hundred visitors visiting my page in a few hours time. However, when I tried to find out where all this increased traffic came from I couldn’t find anything. My Statistics ‘referrals’ only account for about 8 of the total visits today, is there a different way to find out where all this traffic came from?
