Missing Stats
-
Hi there,
My jetpack stats only go back to January 2020, but the site has been running since January 2019.
I posted a question on the jetpack forum on wordpress.org and I have been directed here.
Original post: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/missing-stats-3/
Can you help?
Thank you.
Faye.

Was the site operating under a different domain/URL?
I don’t see any archived versions at https://web.archive.org/web/*/https://www.thewriterandtherose.co.uk/ prior to 2020.

No, it’s always been at the same URL. My google analytics stats for the site go back to 19 Jan 2019.

No, it’s always been at the same URL. My google analytics stats go back to 19 Jan 2019 which is when I set the site up.

Hmm, something very weird is going on here – your site’s unique ID on our end appears to have somehow become mixed up with the ID of one of our internal sites, and I’m afraid I have no idea how to sort this out.
I hate to send you somewhere else again, but this is something the Jetpack support team will need to look at. Can you please open a support ticket with them at https://jetpack.com/contact-support/?rel=support You should be able to use that contact form now, if you weren’t before.
Please mention this thread when you do – I’ve added some information in an internal note that will be visible to them that will hopefully help them figure out what’s going on here.

Okay, thanks. Have posted here:

That is just a post in the Jetpack forums again, from where you were originally sent here.
Please submit a ticket directly to Jetpack support at https://jetpack.com/contact-support/?rel=support, as this is not something we can fix via either the WordPress.com or the Jetpack forums.

I looked at the link but it takes me to a “search support docs” page, and I ended up back on the forum.
There is no way to submit a ticket I can see?

Ah.
The login does not work on Safari – I log in and it just takes me back to the same page that says please log in.
I tried in Chrome, logged in and was then able to see the form.
Submitted.
Thank you :-)
