Missing ‘Stories’ tab on sidebar – and all Stories are giving a 404 error

I had a ‘Stories’ tab in the sidebar of my content, which included a ‘Success Stories’ page that acted similarly to a blog roll and contained all our success stories. The tab has disappeared from the WordPress website management area, the page has disappeared from the nav bar on my website, and any links to stories are giving a 404 error, like this one: https://www.brook.health/stories/terri-star-story/
Does anyone know if WP had a ‘stories’ tab / function that went away? Maybe it was a plug-in that suddenly disappeared?
I am hoping all these pages are not lost forever!
