Missing subscriber notification emails
-
Further to my earlier enquiry, my subscribers are still not receiving – or receiving only intermittently – their email notifications that a new post has gone up on the blog. Your help would be appreciated.

is there any chance that these could be going into their spam folder? Are you also subscribed to your blog via email?
-
Yes, I am subscribed to the blog – and no, the missing notifications aren’t in my spam folder or those of my subscribers.
It is erratic in an unpredictable way: I got an email for Monday’s post, but not one for yesterday’s or today’s.
However, I discovered yesterday that a subscriber who had been having this problem re-subscribed and is now receiving them.
Any tips as to how I can fix the counter-intuitive directions of the ‘Last Post’/’Next Post’ arrows that appear at the top of the page.
Thanks

Unfortunately, the next/last post links can’t be changed.
We just did a bit of tinkering, would you please let us know if your next post makes it through via email?
-
Hi, my notifications are arriving now – and from what I can tell my subscribers are receiving them too. Will post on here again if there’s any change.
Many thanks –

… and it’s happened again. A new post went up today and no-one (including myself) got told about it.
Thoughts please?
