Missing Subscribers
-
I installed jetpack on a development version here: http://netmechanic.dyndns.org/a/act_blog
Then I uploaded the website to: http://www.act.org.za/blog/wp-adminI then received this email: Second Notice: Jetpack Plugin Security Update for http://netmechanic.dyndns.org/a/act_blog/: Please Upgrade
So I logged in to: http://www.act.org.za/blog/wp-admin and disconnected and then reconnected JetPack. Now instead of having 9 subscribers i only have 2.
Please can someone urgently assist with transferring the missing 9 subscribers to: http://www.act.org.za/blog
Thank you

Hello Garth,
I’ll tag this for staff attention. They can assist you with the transfer. Please subscribe to this thread so you’ll know when they assist you. Staff is backlogged and works through threads in chronological order. The best thing to do is be patient, and know that they’ll take care of you as soon as they are able.Cheers! =)

Hi there Garth!
With Jetpack, your stats information is connected to a unique blog ID. Sometimes, if a site owner was using a development site or a different address when they set up Jetpack, disconnecting may create a new blog ID. When this happens, it may appear that your stats were lost.
That’s what happened on your site; it previously used a different site URL, http://netmechanic.dyndns.org/a/act_blog.
I have fixed the issue, and you should be able to get your Stats and Subscribers back by going to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, and disconnecting / reconnecting to WordPress.com.
Thank you!
Andrew D.
