Missing Subscribers
-
I have a new blog and only 12 subscribers, but I can’t see them. I used to be able to see them in the Subscribers list, but now it says “No subscribers to be Listed” – and a the bottom is says “12 items” and if I export, I can get all my subscribers in an excel document – but the list is still showing blank. I just recently published a post, and none of my subscribers received it. I am not sure what I did to change this, and don’t know how to change it back!
Thanks!!!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there! Your site is not hosted here on WordPress.com. If you’re using Jetpack to send subscription emails, you can contact them about this here:

Otherwise, try posting in the WordPress.org forums:

Hi there, I am using wordpress.com and I am having the exact same problem. I used to be able to click on “Subscribers” in the Dashboard and see each row / subscriber with their respective email addresses. Now it simply says “No subscribers to be listed”. I haven’t touched or played around with anything, so I am not sure what is going on but it’s critical that I see and monitor that list. Please help!
My website is w4street.com
Thank you!

@emilyricher – Your site is also not hosted here on WordPress.com. It looks like your webhost is GoDaddy:

The same suggestions I gave to @cass0327 above apply here. :)

Thanks @shawnajroberts. When I called GoDaddy yesterday, they directed me to WordPress, saying that this was not a hosting issue but an internal WordPress one… :)
No one seems to take ownership / know how to fix the glitch. Any other thoughts?

It could be a WordPress issue. But they would be referring to the open source WordPress project. Here’s some info about the differences between WordPress.com and the WordPress project:
You’ll need to post over in the WordPress.org forums for more help with this:
