We had site robertdunford.com which is transferred to another hosting and i do not see my old subscribers to export them. I want to ask is it possible to get that list or it is lost forever?
Jetpack is probably disconnected after moving the site.
Thank you -
robertdunford.com is the URL of the Jetpack-connected site in your account you said you want to transfer the subscribers to. But it is also the only site in your account, which would explain why you can’t use the subscription migration tool built into Jetpack: that tool only allows you to do this yourself if you own both sites.
What is the URL of the WordPress.com site you want to move subscribers from? I need the example.wordpress.com address. We’ll also need you to post here as the WordPress.com account that owns that site – this action will remove the followers from the WordPress.com site, so we must have the site owner’s consent.

Ok, the version of the site on WordPress.com was deleted over a month ago, so it cannot be recovered and its subscriber list is gone.
