Missing subscribers

    some of my subscribers have vanished off my list and stopped getting notifications of new posts about 10 days ago. I use Jetpack to check stats but haven’t changed any settings to my knowledge

    Hello! We were able to touch base about this in direct support earlier today! We were able to confirm that the remaining subscribers were visible in a second Email tab, or on the desktop view of your site.

    We were also able to confirm that the subscriber emails are being sent as expected, and we recommend that subscribers check their spam inbox or alternate folders where the notification may have been sent.
