missing subscribers jetpack plugin

    I am having issues with my subscriber list/stats, it is not showing me all of the subscribers, i know this as i have had contacts say they have joined the newsletter and are receiving emails but i cannot see them in my stats or in the subscriber list. I have also tested it by using an alternative email for myself, which i received the ‘confirm your email’ but do not show in the subscribers.

    I haven’t made any changes to any settings that i am aware of – things are on auto update though so there might be a crossover issue with other plugins but I’ve had a look and can’t see anything obvious. Any help greatly received!
