Missing support replies

I have tow blog addresses associated with my username mycarta:
mycarta.wordpress.com and mybearspace.wordpress.comI asked support this question:
“I would like to change mybearspace.wordpress.com to a new address, but without changing username and without affecting mycarta.wordpress.com. With respect to the options listed in here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/ which one should I choose?”I received an email asking for rating of my support experience, but not a reply. I checked my junk email folder and it is not there. It is not under my username activity either: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/mycarta
So I submitted this as a support question:
“I just receive this email: Christi recently helped you out with your support request ‘change only one of two blog addresses associated with my a username’. Once you’re done working together, we’d appreciate it if you sent us your rating of the experience — your feedback helps us improve our support. But I never got the email with the answer, and I do not see it in the list of my activity. Are you able to send it again? Thank you”.But again I only received an email request for rating. Nothing again in my junk email.
I am not trying to complain, I am just feeling lost. Where else should I look for the answers?
If I have two blogs under the username are there separate places for the activity?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Following the steps in the Change a Blog Address support doc:

In Step 2, make sure that you click the Change Blog Address link under mybearspace.wordpress.com.
When you get to Step 6 of that section, choose No to decline creating a new user name.
