Missing ‘temp’ folder. Can’t upload media to blog post
-
I get a prompt when trying to upload a photo to my blog post: ‘Missing Temp Folder’. Any suggestions on how I can fix this issue? Thank you.

Thank you for answering my call for help. I currently use the Publisho theme but had installed the Elementor Theme a few weeks ago just to try it but never changed over to it.
I deleted the Elementor theme and about 1 hour later tried to upload a photo to the new blog post I had written. That’s when I received the prompt that I’m missing a temp folder. A coincidence? Maybe, maybe not.

Thank you.

Thanks for the info, Steve.
I’m afraid that we won’t be able to help you though. Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com; it is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with FatCow.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
You can look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
http://wordpress.org/support/ is also a great resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software.
