Missing text when I save my writing for my blog?

  This is the second attempt at writing a blog post. When I select to save my text, writing goes missing? Why? Secondly, can you retrieve my writing that has gone missing? Very very frustrating?

  It was from the blog entitled: Call you back? Should I, or shouldn’t I?

  I have it posted, but that was my third attempt because everytime I went to save my work it would erase existing text?

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry for the trouble you had with that blog post. Did you create the post by going to the New Post page or another method (like going to Posts > Add New in your blog’s dashboard)? If you used the New Post page, what format did you select there (Text, Photo, Video, Quote, or Link)?

  Those details, and any other you can recall from when you wrote the post, may help us track down what happened here. Also, does this happen any time you try to create a new post or only that one time?

  I went to new post the first time. When I clicked on “save”, this was when a portion of my writing vanished. I signed out and came back about 10-15 minutes later and tried to repeat my writing from memory and repeated the process and again my new content was deleted. The second time I entered blog post and went to my saved blog and hit edit and started typing my content again. I selected text for my writing. Out of all the posts I’ve completed, this is the first time it has happened. I am currently handwriting my blogs now first versus typing them.

  That’s very odd, although I’m glad it’s only happened that one time. I haven’t been able to reproduce that issue, even following the same steps you took. It’s possible that our system was experiencing a glitch — if that’s the case, I sincerely apologize for the trouble it caused.

  If it happens again, can you please let me know? That way I can keep investigating it for you.
