Missing the menu point "Menus" in my WordPress panel

The menupoint “Menus” seems to have disappeared from my WordPress panel.

Can anyone help me with this issue?
    I’m not very technical :)

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can find the Menu settings in the “Personalize” section by clicking on “Customize” just to the right of the Word Themes. Then in the customizer, select the Menus tab.

This article shows a screen shot and provides some good info:

    Menus

Thank you very much, that made my day a whole lot easier :)

    I have another question though:

On my other blog travelooneywriting.wordpress.com I have a “blog within the blog” (if that makes any sense), but when I add a new post to it – it doesn’t automatically show up in the blog as the first post.

In the old menupoint “Menus” in the WordPress panel I used to be able to go to the blog-section and “tick off” the blog post I wanted displayed – but I don’t seem to be able to do that when I go through the customizer.

    Any idea would be appreciated.

    Thanks again!
