Missing Theme and drafts?

  I had a theme set up, a header in place and drafts ready to go with images—then life got busy and I accepted a new job that kept me from it for a couple months. I have now returned to once again focus on my blog and everything is gone. No drafts, no theme. Do they clear things out if you haven’t logged in after a certain time period?
