missing theme url log in?

Unfortunately I ran a disc clean up and it has eliminated my site / theme location. I have the dash board but no theme site. This is the error message: ERROR: The themes directory is either empty or doesn’t exist. Please check your installation. If this is something I need to get from my FileZilla .. I will need help.
