Missing Thumbnail on WordPress Site for Embedded FB Video

Hello, I’ve embedded a FB video in my WordPress post and the video appears correctly when I go to the actual post, however the thumbnail is missing from the preview slider and next to slider. I’m using ColorMag as my theme. I’ve successfully used the Feature Video plugin for posting YouTube videos, however I haven’t found a successful method of posting FB videos where the thumbnails appear. Right now, it’s just blank on the slider and box next to the slider.

What website is this for? It sounds like this isn’t using WordPress.com as the host based on the theme and plugins you’re using.
Keep in mind that if WordPress.com does not host the site, this question will be better for WordPress.org forums. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.

Ahhhh, I see. I’m relatively new to this. You’re correct, WordPress.com is not the host site. I will contact WordPress.org for support if that makes more sense.
