Missing Thumbnails in File Manager

    Hi Team,

    Some thumbnails are displaying on the site, but they are not available in the file manager. For example, /wp-content/uploads/2021/06/16-200×150.png can be opened, but it cannot be found in the file manager at that location using FTP.

    Could you please help us locate these files?
