I experienced a similar issue with my site. To access toolbar options and change store settings on WordPress.com with Jetpack enabled, ensure you are logged into the correct account. Navigate to your site’s dashboard, locate the toolbar, and explore settings for the desired changes. If issues persist, consider clearing cache or disabling conflicting plugins.

I’m logged into the only account I have? I only see the Jetpack plug in on the toolbar.
Specifically, I am trying to access woo commerce functions on my associated store for my website. Other admins on the account can see all of the options (such as marketing and coupons). But I can not. I was able to previously, but for some reason I do not see any of the long list of options that were previously available with all of the other plug ins. Is there a way to retrieve this toolbar?

Hi @guttheory when I check into guttheoryhealth.com I see that it’s hosted with Google Hosting when I look it up here: https://hostingchecker.com/
To clarify, Google Hosting uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than the version we offer here on WordPress.com. Specifically we use a custom login system on WordPress.com (for enhanced security) and because of this our procedures for regaining account access do not work on sites hosted with other providers.
Was your site set up by another professional? What you describe sounds like an insufficent permissions issue, and you may need another admin on the site to investigate and set your account back to “admin” status if you are able.
If not you can also find help here in the forums for the version of WordPress you are currently using: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
Hope this helps point you in the right direction!
