Missing toolbar during editing

  When editing posts on one of my blogs, there is a toolbar that includes format, underline and text color, among other things. But it is not visible on my other blog. How can I get that toolbar to show?

  Use the Kitchen Sink icon, the last one on the right that has the multicolour rectangles. It expands the toolbar to the advanced version.
