Missing toolbar when using BUTTON

    I can’t find the toolbar when using BUTTON anymore. The toolbar with LINK has disappeared. What to do after WordPress changed it?

    Before WordPress made their changes, I pressed the button, wrote SHOP and linked it to our shop-site. When writing SHOP inside the button, a toolbar appeared and I could put in a link. This toolbar is not displayed anymore.

    If you click American Vintage on our website, you will se how the button/SHOP worked.

    I am wondering how to put a link to a button (after the changes made by WordPress).

    Hi there, when I visit the editor, it looks like you may have tripped (perhaps without realizing) the Top toolbar preference in the editor. This does not make the toolbar disappear, but it does pin it to the top of the editor, so you may not notice it.

    You can get back to the default setting (floating toolbar over the block you are working on) by visiting your editor preferences and turning off “Top toolbar” as shown here:

    Also you may want to turn off “Spotlight mode” which is that is causing your blocks to appear greyed-out until you click on them. Basically it puts the active block you are working on in the spotlight.

    Experimenting with both of these settings should get you back to the familiar view you are referring to, but if you are still having trouble please let us know. Thanks!
